Fibra Football: Can the new brazilian jewels recover the lost shine?

The last south american championship under 20 left more doubts than certainties about the new brazilian players. Not only the fourth position, (behind Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia), but the football played left this questions. After the historic 7x1 in the last world cup, nothing changed in the brazilian football; the players formation, the trainings and tactics; everything is equal and the future of the brazilian team is only in the talent of  the new jewels.
After the last world cup always in Brazil, everybody questioned why happened in that game against Germany; Maybe the brazilian talent is not enough anymore? The way to prepare the teams is old in comparison with the rest of the world? Lots of questions but apparently nobody wants to answer it.
We could see during south american championship under 20, the same mistakes that the adult team showed us: a team bad prepared, below their rivals tactical and in names. Some brazilian players are playing in their first teams like Gabriel (Santos), Marlon, Kennedy, Gerson (Fluminense), Malcom (Corinthians), Thalles (Vasco da gama), but they cannot have a high performance in the championship.
The brazilian football responsibles need to answer the questions now; they tried to talk about a fifthteen minutes blackout, that was an accident. The south american championship proved that this justification was wrong and it just hide a huge problem: the formation of the players and the preparation of the teams (pre seasons and pre games preparations), are too old and wrong; Since a long time Brazil don't create world stars; a great number 10 and number 9. The last number 10 with great level was Ronaldinho and Number 9 was Ronaldo.
Will the individual talent enough to make Brazil world champion again? Is better to bet in this, because if depend on the preparation, probabily it will not happen soon.
